The Intensive
One focused day. We find the bottleneck and you leave with a ninety-day plan you could hand to someone else.
- Full diagnostic before the day
- Six-hour private working session
- Written ninety-day action plan
- Thirty-day follow-up review
Private advisory for UK founders and operators who have hit the plateau — and want the reason for it named, not another framework to try.
Every fee, every phase and the client cap are on this page.

The real problem
You do not need another funnel, another framework or another ninety-day sprint. You need to know which single thing compounds in your business, and then you need to actually do it for long enough to matter. That is the whole job.
The framework
A repeatable sequence built out of eighty-odd engagements. Not a course, not a template — the actual order the work happens in, published so you can judge it before you buy it.
We audit positioning, offer and sales clarity until the actual constraint is named. It is rarely the one you came in with.
Rebuild the positioning so you sell to a clearer buyer at a higher price. Revenue per client is the first number that moves.
A weekly publishing rhythm built on what you already know. Authority compounds and paid acquisition does not.
Rework the sales process for a higher ticket. Fewer calls, better-fit buyers, a shorter gap between first contact and signature.
Weekly numbers, monthly reviews, quarterly resets. The dull system that turns one good quarter into a five-year run.
The framework is settled. The only open question is whether it fits your business.
Apply for a strategy callHow we work
What you are actually buying, stated plainly, so nobody discovers the shape of it on the first call.
Ninety minutes. Strategy, decisions and the accountability to have actually done the last one.
You work directly with the principal for the whole engagement. There is no junior handoff after the sale, because there is nobody to hand off to.
Pricing, hiring, brand and legal, brought in for your stage when the question needs it.
For the decisions that cannot wait until the next session.
Work with us
Fees are published because a call spent establishing whether you can afford it is a call neither of us wanted.
One focused day. We find the bottleneck and you leave with a ninety-day plan you could hand to someone else.
Six months of private advisory built around the full five-phase system, start to finish.
Twelve months for operators past £2m. Board-level input with someone who already knows the business.
The difference
| What is being compared | Kestrel — private advisory | A group programme or course |
|---|---|---|
| Who you work with | The principal, for the whole engagement | Whoever is running the cohort this term |
| Client load | Capped at twelve a quarter | A hundred or more in a cohort |
| Between sessions | Same-day answer, any working day | Hold it for the next group call |
| The approach | Built around your business and its constraint | One curriculum, one path, everyone on it |
| Accountability | Weekly review of your real numbers | Goal-setting and mindset work |
Advice that moves the numbers, rather than advice that moves you.

Real results

Training & education
A course business with eleven products and no clear buyer. We removed nine of them, rebuilt the positioning around the one that compounded, and stopped competing on price.

Professional services
A consultancy taking every enquiry that came in. We set a floor, published it, and rebuilt the sales motion around the work that was actually profitable.
“We stopped competing on price and started leading with expertise. That one change did all of it.”

Direct answers
Access to a senior advisor and a sequence of work, run in the order set out in the framework above. Not a course, not a community, not a library of recordings. If it helps: the deliverable is decisions made and executed, and the artefact is a written plan you could hand to someone else.
The comparison table above answers this in full. The short version: twelve clients a quarter rather than a hundred in a cohort, the principal rather than whoever is running this term, and a diagnosis of your business rather than a curriculum everyone gets.
Nobody honest will give you a number in advance, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we will say is what has to be true for it to work: you need enough revenue for a repositioning to have something to reposition, and enough capacity to act on decisions within the week rather than the quarter.
The intake is capped at twelve a quarter and it is usually full four to six weeks out. Applications are reviewed within one working day and you will get a real answer either way, including when the answer is that this is not a fit.
Then we say so on the call, and where we can we will point you at whoever is a better answer. A wrong-fit engagement costs you six months and costs us a reference, so there is no version of this where taking your money anyway is the good outcome.
