There is no à la carte and there are no substitutions. Everything that reaches the pass has been over the embers or beside them, and the menu changes when the growers change it, not when we feel like it.
Seats are paid for when you book, which is why we can hold twenty-four of them for you and cook for exactly that many.

Why we take it up front
Twenty-four seats and a fixed menu means every no-show is food already bought and prepped. Paying at the point of booking is what lets us keep the room this small.
Moving or cancelling
Move the booking to any other night, or cancel it in full, up to 72 hours before. Inside 72 hours we can move it once if we can fill the seats.
Allergies & diets
Tell us at checkout. A full vegetarian menu runs alongside the main one every service; anything else we will confirm by email before the night.
Getting the receipt
The confirmation and VAT receipt arrive by email straight away, with the booking reference and a link to move the date.

Gift a seat
Sent by email the moment it is paid for, or on a date you choose. Valid two years, and it works against any night and any number of covers.

- The whole room, Wednesday to Saturday, either sitting.
- Minimum spend £2,400. The deposit comes off it.
- A menu built with you in the fortnight before.
- Balance settled on the night, split however you like.
