We design homes and workplaces that balance how a space looks with how it holds up to a Tuesday morning. Every project starts with the way you already use the room — where the light lands, where things get dropped, what never gets touched — and the drawings follow from that.

Most projects are one of these. If yours sits across two, say so on the brief and we’ll price it as one piece of work rather than two.
Full design for a home you are staying in. Layouts, joinery, lighting, finishes and furniture, drawn up so a builder can price it properly instead of guessing.
Walls moving, rooms changing use, an extension to fit out. We work alongside your builder or bring in ours, and we hold the drawings so nothing gets decided on site by default.
Studios, clinics, salons and small offices. Spaces that have to take footfall, meet the regs, and still look like somebody chose them.

Oak that looks like oak, plaster that looks like plaster. We choose finishes that wear in rather than wear out, and we tell you which ones will mark.
Every layout is drawn for flow first. If a room needs three routes through it and a place to put shopping down, that comes before the moodboard.
We design past the trend cycle. A kitchen should still look deliberate in twelve years, not like the year it was fitted.

Each stage is quoted, signed off and invoiced on its own. You can stop after any one of them and keep everything produced up to that point.
A visit, a measured survey and an honest conversation about budget. You get a written scope, a stage-by-stage fee and a programme before anything is designed.
2–3 weeks
Layouts, elevations and a material palette you can hold. Two rounds of revisions are built into the fee, so changing your mind is part of the process rather than a variation.
4–8 weeks
We tender the drawings to contractors, compare the returns with you, and visit site through the build so the detail that was drawn is the detail that gets fitted.

When we’re not the right studio. Below about £8,000 of build cost, a full project fee stops making sense for you — you would be paying us a meaningful share of the budget to spend the rest of it. Book the £250 consultation instead and take the drawings to a builder yourself. We will say so on the call if that is the honest answer.

Ask us something elseEither. If you already have a contractor you trust, we draw to a standard they can price and we deal with them directly. If you do not, we tender the drawings to three we have worked with and you pick from the returns.
Two to three weeks from the survey for the first layouts. Nothing gets drawn before the scope and fee are agreed, because a design against the wrong budget wastes both of our time.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Bring photographs and dimensions to the survey and the pieces you are keeping get drawn into the plan from the start rather than squeezed in at the end.
We coordinate them and we will tell you early if your project needs either. The applications themselves go through an architect or structural engineer we work with, billed to you directly at their rate rather than marked up through us.
That is what the £250 consultation is for. Two hours on site, a direction for the room, and a written follow-up you can act on without us.
Greater Manchester and the North West as standard, with no travel charge. Further afield is possible for full projects, with travel agreed up front and shown as a separate line.
